Greets patients warmly, whether by phone or in person. Smiles! Engages with visitors, patients, vendors and co-workers.
Asks every patient entering the facility the COVID screening questions to abide by CDC recommendations.
Stays compliant with HOPES’ COVID protocol to ensure safety for all.
Creates an environment of trust where client can be honest and open.
Establishes rapport with clients and understands how instrumental that rapport is to the client achieving their maximum wellness.
Sets appropriate boundaries with patients.
Follows first floor triage workflow for all patients entering the healthcare facility.
Assists patients in understanding services, paperwork and processes at HOPES.
Checks patients in for visits as necessary.
Communicates with other departments to inform staff of checked in patients.
Required: Bilingual (Spanish and English) + Any interested applicants must have recently lost their job due to COVID-19
