Providing Free Job and Career Opportunities
JOIN Inc. is a 501(c)(3) community benefit organization dedicated to addressing workforce needs in urban and rural communities across Nevada.
JOIN’s vision is to create empowered Nevadans and enriched communities. To help break the cycle of poverty for all Nevadans and promote equitable economic growth throughout our region, we are committed to providing access to educational and occupational skills training for individuals seeking careers, financial stability, and personal success.
JOIN serves 13 counties and the Tahoe Basin, providing eligible individuals with access to free in-demand educational and career training programs that lead to licensure and/or certification.

WHAT WE DO
Making Connections Between Job Seekers and Employers
JOIN assists hundreds of clients each year as they embark on career pathways that lead to lasting employment and financial independence, connecting each individual with the right training opportunity for their interests and supporting their development of employability skills. Services provided by JOIN leave eligible residents debt-free and ready to start their careers.
JOIN supports employers by producing skilled and work-ready candidates for employment, providing training opportunities, and bridging the gap between skilled workers and open jobs. As a collaborative partner, JOIN connects businesses, K-12, higher education, non-profits, government agencies, and career seekers within the Nevada economy.
