Looking for a career in Carson City? JOIN Inc. is hiring a WIOA programs Director and a Finance Director in our Carson City Headquarters office.


Programs Director: The Programs Director is primarily responsible for providing leadership and direction on program management to the individual regional offices under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer. Provides support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Agency as a whole. Additional duties include training Regional Managers and their staff members, assisting recruitment efforts and marketing efforts throughout the region, and general program support as needed. Finance Director: The Finance Director serves as the key financial advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. The Finance Director is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization including annual budget creation, general ledger cost allocations, AR/AP, and ensuring that the organization and staff are following internal, OMB, GAAP and GAAS policies and practices. The Finance Director oversees account reconciliation, produces financial reports, directs investment activities, and develops strategies and plans to meet the financial goals of the organization.
