EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

Laborer / Installer / Finisher:
Mobile Home Crew Members are to install mobile homes at specific locations. Select
applicants are to have experience with drywall finishing and carpet installation. Tasks
for crew members include but are not limited to; installation of multiple section
mobile homes, connect water to inlet pipes of plumbing systems and test for leaks,
connect gas line underneath all homes and test for gas leaks prior to gas companies
completing their connection, connection of sewer line to home to outside sewer
connection and test for leaks. Close up of exterior after inspections are complete.
Interior tasks are to include but are not limited to drywall finishing, drywall repairs,
mud, tape, texturing, painting, and carpet installations. All crew members are to be
professional as a team and with all clients. Work areas are to be kept clean and free of
debris for safety purposes.

Pay is DOE (Depending On Experience).

Applicant Requirements (MUST HAVE ) 
1) Must have a valid driver’s license. (Willing to overlook if applicant is local)
2) Must be willing to travel.
3) Have reliable transportation.
4) Be able to lift 50lbs or more.
5) Must be a TEAM Player
