The Production Trainer works with minimal supervision and is frequently required to multi-task in various phases of production.  This individual works as a team member in determining departmental needs and services as a resource for Supervisors and the Management Team.  Offers training and coaching to further develop his/her co-workers.  Must work well with a variety of individuals and be able to resolve issues professionally.  This individual demonstrates high professional and personal standards; commitment to quality, timeless, and the ability to function effectively effectively as a production team member.
