The Company: AgeLess Zen is a Premium Natural Skincare & Healthy Supplement company located at South Lake Tahoe, NV.

General Job Purpose: Perform a wide range of Marketing, social media and Customer Service administrative and support activities for the Marketing Department and Manager, and to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization, with the emphasis on Quality Customer Service.

Job Description Summary: Support Marketing Department. Maintain and update web sites, and social media blogs and platforms. Respond to Customer Service questions and issues Help develop product promotional content, events, and drive sales. Support and coach small business partners to help them be more effective at serving their team and customers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

· Provide support to the Marketing Manager including Social Media support.

· Provide support to Customers, help answer questions and resolve issues.

· Help to create promotional content, events and drive sales.

· Assist and prepare for meeting materials for Marketing Manager.

· Help Manage Customer Service Product Returns & Exchange

· Support web site content development and updates

· Support social media platforms daily with updates and respond to questions

· Keep log of all small business partners and customer interactions.

· Assist, help drive or manage special marketing campaigns and interface with the public to promote brand awareness.

· Perform other related duties and assignments as needed

* Since this is a key position, there are a lot of tasks that require your help and/or coaching of other staff & interns*

Office Job Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and works with accuracy
Highly organized and flexible
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of email, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other office and social media related platforms and software. A graphic design skills is a plus.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, Journalism, or Business Admin, or 4 years’ experience serving in a marketing and social media responsible position.
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software – Microsoft Office is minimum
Languages:

Must be fluent in English, with excellent spelling and grammar skills
Helpful if you have a second language; i.e. Spanish, Chinese or German

Hourly/Salary is dependent upon your qualifications and experience.
