
The management structure of JOIN, Inc. relies on a centralized administrative structure and client services spread across northern Nevada through JOIN branch offices in major population centers. This program design allows "Local People to deliver Local Services to meet Local Needs", a primary goal of JOIN.
Branch offices are located in the communities of Carson City, Elko, Ely, Fallon, Fernley, Reno and Winnemucca. Offices are not restricted to serving residents of the towns in which they are located and frequently attract customers from surrounding areas. The Reno area has two branch offices, one for basic services and ProNet which specializes in professional, management and technical job seekers. Branch offices design programs and services to meet the needs of the community and service area in which they are located. Each branch office has a Branch Manager who reports directly to the Executive Director.
JOIN's administrative staff is centralized in Reno. The Executive Director is assisted in the administration of JOIN, Inc. by staff responsible for finances, personnel and human resources, program quality control and central records.
The Board of Directors, with representatives from across northern Nevada, provides general direction for the organization through the Executive Director. Geographic diversity on the Board assures the needs of each community receive equal attention. |
